The weights you need for this program:
Light weights: 5lbs & 7lb's/8lb's
Medium weights: 10lb's, 12lb's & 15lb's
Heavier weights: 20lb's, 25lb's, 30lb's, 40lb's and heavier if you have
Chair/bench
Hip/booty band
Gliders
Yoga mat
If you haven't trained for a while, start with a combination of light and medium weights.
If you're seasoned and training regularly, depending on the exercise, you'll want to use medium weights and heavy weights l
The goal is to increase your weights every two-three weeks (depending on how you're feeling)
