Her programs are effective, challenging and fun, all while being achievable. Most strength workouts are 30-50 minutes, done probably 4x a week in the comfort of your home. Unlike many other programs out there, she switches up the workouts frequently to keep clients engaged and to keep things fun. You aren’t repeating the same workouts for months. She is also constantly recording new workouts that always keep getting better and better (even when you thought they couldn’t)
