The weights you need for this program
A set of light weights: 5lbs & 7 or 8lb's
A set of medium weights: 10lb's & 12lb's
A set of heavier weights: 20lb's and 25lb's
If you haven't trained for a while, start with a combination of light and medium weights.
If you're seasoned and training regularly, depending on the exercise, you'll want to use medium weights and slowly progress from there
The goal is to increase your weights every two-three weeks (depending on how you're feeling)
You're also going to need: hip/booty bands + a chair or a bench + a yoga mat
