Welcome to the New Eight Week Summer Shred Hybrid Program! 

This program is unlike any program we have on the platform and is made of of two phases with a 4-5 day split with one day of cardio where you can do either an interval run where you run for 30 seconds to a minute and walk for a minute x 6 or do the 12-3-30 incline treadmill walk. This combination of training will truly transform you in ways you cannot imagine and I am so excited for you to get started! 

In the first four weeks you're going to master your form and build your endurance. The second four weeks, with the endurance and strength you've built, we're going to continue applying progressive overload to help youl get stronger, build muscle and SHRED!
