DEFINE is built is 4 phases, each one building on the previous.
To get STRONGER and to DEFINE that strength through these phases, you're going to use your tracker (that will be included in your emails) to track your weights and also increase those weights every couple of weeks.
You're also going to notice what's called drop set weeks. These are weeks where you're going to intentionally lighten your load & use half the weight you were using the week before your drop set to recover and give your body the rest it needs before lifting heavier.
