✨ Movement - a four week progressive fitness program that includes 4 weeks of workouts via on-demand classes 
✨ Nutrition -  recipes with a focus on protein to help fuel you so you feel your best
✨ Daily STRONGGIRLWALKS - Spring is here and now is the time to get your shoes on, get outdoors and get walking! The goal is to get 8-10k steps per day because walking is incredible for you and will help with weight loss

✨ Real-time accountability from me through our private SWKM community group chat & broadcast channel on IG. I will personally check in on you in our private group chat to make sure you're feeling good and staying consistent
