Can I use the platform without a membership?

To access the platform & all the workouts, recipes and wellness trackers, you need a membership. You can purchase a monthly or yearly membership HERE

Can I access the platform from my laptop?

Yes! You can access the platform from your laptop, tablet or phone

How do I watch the videos?

You can watch them directly from your laptop, tablet, phone or by connecting your laptop to a TV using an HDMI cable or casting to your TV.

What browser should I use?

Our recommendation is to use Chrome as a best practice.

How do I sign up?

How do I sign up?

To sign up, you can purchase a monthly or annual membership. Next you will be asked to create an account and finally checkout. Right now if you use code FREEMONTH at checkout you can get your first 30 days on me. After that, your membership will auto renew until cancelled.

Process is - SIGN UP - ADD TO CART - CREATE ACCOUNT - PAY and then you will have access to the site

Do you offer a free trial

Currently you can try the SWKM platform for free for a month using code FREEMONTH at checkout. Once your month ends, your card will be charged the monthly rate until cancelled.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, You can cancel your subscription at any time by going into your Account dashboard, and cancelling there.

What types of classes are on the platform?

The platform has a mix of bodyweight workouts, weighted workouts, Hiit & cardio style workouts + mobility & stretching. The classes range from eight minutes to 45 mins and are based on areas of focus plus luteal focused workouts making sure that we can meet your needs wherever you are

Are there programs & challenges that we can follow?

Yes - there are programs/challenges, in addition to on-demand classes that help you build strength in a structured way over time.

How do we participate in the programs & challenges?

All SKWKM members who have a monthly or yearly subscription have access to all programs & challenges.

Are all programs/ challenges live?

No. Programs and challenges will be a mix of live and on-demand classes to give you a mix and also allow you to do classes on your own time

Is there nutrition?

The SWKM platform includes a recipe library with recipes for every meal of the day

Workout Questions

What equipment do I need for the workouts?

Depending on the workout, you'll need: light dumbbells, medium dumbbells, heavy dumbbells, hip/booty bands, a chair and a yoga mat. Each video and or program/challenge will tell you what you need as well.

Can I do these workouts at home?

Absolutely. These workouts are made for you to do wherever you are with whatever you have.

When can I do the workouts?

Whenever you have time; this platform and the on-demand library are for you to use at your convenience.

Will there be live classes?

Yes! Accountability is key. Our programs and challenges include live classes which makes them so much more fun.

How do I access the live classes?

Details for live classes are shared via email for all SWKM members. All LIVE classes are also recorded in case you can't make the live and added to the SWKM workout library within one week, and tagged as “LIVE” for you to access easily.
