We're jumping into spring and warmer weather with a *new*
mini two week challenge where we move every single day

The goal:

Daily:
7-8 hours quality sleep
10k steps + one workout
*join both of our LIVE classes - March 17th & 24th*
30g protein (minimum) in every meal
more fibre in every meal: think fruits & veggies
2L's of water (with electrolytes)
2-3 hours off social media
plan something once a week that you've always wanted to do
