KM is the epitome of what a good coach and fitness guru is supposed to be. Her programs are thoughtful, well structured and achievable. They progressively build and she checks in along the way to ensure the program is working for you. KM knows her stuff!
Her programs are effective, challenging and fun, all while being achievable. Most strength workouts are 30-50 minutes, done probably 4x a week in the comfort of your home. Unlike many other programs out there, she switches up the workouts frequently to keep clients engaged and to keep things fun. You aren’t repeating the same workouts for months. She is also constantly recording new workouts that always keep getting better and better (even when you thought they couldn’t)
First, I noticed that I felt stronger - I was able to lift heavier and recover faster. Then, I started to actually SEE the changes, slowly at first and then all at once when I saw my before and after progress photos! The custom training combines the best parts of KM’s programs - easy to follow classes focused on proper form, progressive overload to continuously improve and of course KM’s infectious positive attitude to encourage and guide you along the way.
