What you need:
4-6oz salmon - I get mine seasoned from @loblawson
Soba (buckwheat) noodles - these are from @officialfarmboy
Buckwheat soba noodles (I got mine from @officialfarmboy ) .
1/2 cup of grated carrots *fun fact- I don’t really care for carrots but I’ll have them if they’re grated 🙃
1/4 avocado
1/4 cucumber .
Dressing:
1/4 cup + 2tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp chilli sauce *i used sambal *wisk lightly with a fork
Method:
Start by cooking your fish and letting it rest
Next, prepare the other ingredients & begin cooking the soba noodles *these cooked for 8 minutes* - follow instructions on package
Once done, plate starting with your soba noodles, veggies, and salmon, add your dressing, finish w/ sesame seeds and enjoy!
