What you need:
- 300g silken tofu
- 100g of 70% dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp high quality cocoa powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- pumpkin seeds
Method:
- start by melting your dark chocolate by combining chocolate and coconut oil. You can do this in the microwave in 30 second intervals to ensure you don't boil the chocolate
- next, to a blender add tofu, cocoa powder, maple syrup, salt and melted chocolate
- blend until combined
- add to your favourite glass or bowl and finish with some pumpkin seeds
