What you need: 1 package of Tre Stelle's Original cream cheese 1 cup spinach 2 eggs 2-3 slices of wild smoked sockeye salmon 1-2 tbsp chives 1-2 tbsp chopped capers 2-3 slices avocado salt to taste Method: in a blender, add your spinach, eggs, pinch of salt and blend until combined to a pan over medium heat, add half your mixture and cook wrap a few mins on each side in a bowl add 1 container of Tre Stelle's original cream cheese + chives & capers and mix until combined to your wrap, add cream cheese mixture, smoked salmon, avocado and wrap tightly cut your wrap into small pinwheels and enjoy!
