What you need:
- 1 package of Tre Stelle's Original cream cheese
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 slices of wild smoked sockeye salmon
- 1-2 tbsp chives
- 1-2 tbsp chopped capers
- 2-3 slices avocado
- salt to taste
Method:
- in a blender, add your spinach, eggs, pinch of salt and blend until combined
- to a pan over medium heat, add half your mixture and cook wrap a few mins on each side
- in a bowl add 1 container of Tre Stelle's original cream cheese + chives & capers and mix until combined
- to your wrap, add cream cheese mixture, smoked salmon, avocado and wrap tightly
- cut your wrap into small pinwheels and enjoy!
Protein: approx 20g protein per wrap
