What you need:
- Siete wraps
- 1lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic power
- 1.5 tbsp @goodfoodforgood ketchup
- 1.5 tbsp @kozliksmustard Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire
- pinch of salt
- romaine lettuce
- cherry tomatoes
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tsp relish
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1-2 tbsp @goodfoodforgood ketchup
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- pinch of salt
Method:
- to a bowl combine all the ingredients and mix & set aside
- to another bowl add your ingredients for your sauce and mix until combined
- form a small ball with turkey meat & spread onto siete wrap ensuring that it's not too thick
- add to pan over medium heat and cook for a few mins (until cooked), flip and cook for an additional minute
- Add chopped tomatoes, romaine, finish with sauce and enjoy!
