Viral High Protein Avocado Bread

What you need: 
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 avocado  
  • 1 egg
  • salt to take 

Method:

  • in a bowl add cottage cheese, diced avocado, 1 egg and mash until combined, add salt, spread onto parchment lined baking sheet (don’t forget to spray it!)
  • bake in the oven at 400 for 30 ish mins or until golden, remove, let cool and assemble with your favourite things for an incredible breakfast or easy to pack lunch!

Protein: approx 32g
