Viral Breakfast Tortilla

What you need:
  • 1 tortilla 
  • 2-3 eggs 
  • pinch of salt 
  • 2/3 cup cottage cheese 
  • spinach

Method:

  • to a bowl, add eggs, salt and beat until combined 
  • to a pan over medium heat add eggs and let cook for a few minutes
  • add the tortilla overtop and flip 
  • add cottage cheese, spinach & enjoy! 

Protein: approx 28-35g protein per serving
