What you need:
- 2 banana (ripe-ish)
- 70% dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- peanut butter
- blueberries
- pumpkin seeds
Method:
- begin my melting your dark chocolate. You can do this in the microwave for 30 second intervals to ensure you don't boil your chocolate
- to a lined baking sheet add your sliced banana (I did 5 across and 6 down)
- spread peanut butter over sliced banana (option to freeze banana for a few mins before adding peanut butter)
- pour melted chocolate over and add blueberries and pumpkin seed for added sweetness and crunch!
- add to your freezer for one hour, remove and enjoy!
