What you need:
• 1/2 scoop genuine health vanilla protein (or protein of your choice)
• 1/2 cup organic rolled oats
• 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
• 1/2 cup almond milk
• 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
• 1-2 tbsp hemp hearts
• 2-3 tbsp greek yogurt
• 1-2 tbsp honey
• cinnamon
Method:
• in a bowl combine rolled oats, chia, hemp, a sprinkle of cinnamon and mix
• add almond milk and mix until full combined - add to fridge overnight - orrr, morning 1-2 hours before you eat
• to a pot add fresh or frozen raspberries and cook down to your liking
• add to your soaked oats with greek yogurt
• finish with your honey, cinnamon and enjoy!
