Vanilla Blueberry and Banana Protein Oats

 

What you need:

• 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats 
• 1 cup + 2 tbsp of nut milk of your choice
• 1/2 scoop of genuine health vanilla protein 
• 1 small banana 
• 1/2 tsp honey 
• 1 tsp cinnamon 
• handful of blueberries 

Method:

• In a pot over medium heat add your milk of choice and let warm up
• once your milk is hot, add in rolled oats and stir until combined
• add protein powder and mix once more 
• add sliced banana and combine stirring and cooking for 1-2 mins
* add honey, cinnamon and combine once more 
* serve and top with chia, blueberries or any toppings of your choice  & enjoy!

Approx 41g protein
