What you need:
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 cup chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2/3 cup no fat greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Genuine Health vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp chia + hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp raspberry jam
- ice
Method:
- in a blender, add all ingredients starting with almond milk, blend and enjoy!
