Strawberries n' Cream Protein Smoothie

What you need:
  • 3/4 cup almond milk 
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2/3 cup no fat greek yogurt 
  • 2 tbsp Genuine Health vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 tsp chia + hemp hearts 
  • 1 tbsp chunky peanut butter 
  • 1/2 tsp raspberry jam 
  • ice 


  • in a blender, add all ingredients starting with almond milk, blend and enjoy! 

 Protein: approx 25-28g protein per serving
