What you need:
- 3 eggs
- 4-5 pieces wild smoked sockeye salmon
- 1 siete almond flour wrap
- 1-2 tbsp Tre-stelle cream cheese (half used for the base of your wrap)
- 1 tsp chopped chives
- 1-2 tsp capers
- salt and pepper to taste
- squeeze of lemon juice
Method:
- in a bowl crack your eggs, add salt & mix until combine
- add 1-2 tsp cream cheese to egg mixture
- to a pan over medium heat, add egg mixture and let cook for a few mins
- mix lightly and add in salmon, folding until eggs are cooked to your desires doneness
- to a siete wrap, add 1-2tsp cream cheese and spread
- add smoked salmon scramble to wrap, top with chives, capers, a squeeze of lemon and enjoy!
