Smoked Salmon Scramble Breakfast Wrap

What you need: 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 4-5 pieces wild smoked sockeye salmon 
  • 1 siete almond flour wrap 
  • 1-2 tbsp Tre-stelle cream cheese (half used for the base of your wrap)
  • 1 tsp chopped chives 
  • 1-2 tsp capers 
  • salt and pepper to taste 
  • squeeze of lemon juice 

Method:

  • in a bowl crack your eggs, add salt & mix until combine 
  • add 1-2 tsp cream cheese to egg mixture 
  • to a pan over medium heat, add egg mixture and let cook for a few mins
  • mix lightly and add in salmon, folding until eggs are cooked to your desires doneness 
  • to a siete wrap, add 1-2tsp cream cheese and spread 
  • add smoked salmon scramble to wrap, top with chives, capers, a squeeze of lemon and enjoy! 

 Protein: approx 40g protein per serving
