Protein Packed Banana Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowl

What you need: 
  • 1 cup cottage cheese 
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1/2 chopped chocolate peanut butter Lara bar 
  • pumpkin seeds 

Method: 

  • to a blender add cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup and blend until combined 
  • add to a bowl and top with chopped Larabar, banana, pumpkin seeds and enjoy! 

Approx 28g protein
