What you need:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 chopped chocolate peanut butter Lara bar
- pumpkin seeds
Method:
- to a blender add cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup and blend until combined
- add to a bowl and top with chopped Larabar, banana, pumpkin seeds and enjoy!
