Protein Energy Bites

What you need:
  • 1 cup rolled oats 
  • 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter 
  • 1/3 cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips 
  • 1 scoop genuine health vanilla protein 
  • 1/4 cup honey 
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts and chia seeds 

Method:

  • in a bowl, add and mix ingredients until combined
  • wet your hands and form bites to your desired size and enjoy! 

Protein: approx 8g protein per bite
