Protein & Antioxidant Rich Breakfast

 

What you need:

• 2 eggs
• 1-2 slices of Rudolphs multigrain Bavarian sourdough bread
• 1 1/2 tsp raw peanut butter 
• 1 tsp strawberry jam 
• 1/2 tsp chia seeds
• 1/2 tsp hemp hearts
• palmful of blueberries 
• 2-3 crushed walnuts 
• 1/2 tsp ground flax seeds 

Method:

• wash your fruit 
• on a pan over low to medium heat, make your eggs the way you like - * love my eggs over easy or jammy 
• toast your bread, add peanut butter, jam, flax seeds, chia + hemp hearts 
• finish toast with blueberries and crushed walnuts 
• add chia + hemp to your eggs for added protein and enjoy!
