Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

What you need: (per jar)
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Genuine Health vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter\
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia and help
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese
  • melted dark chocolate 

Method:

  • to a small mason jar add rolled oats, chia + hemp hearts,  protein powder and gently mix until combined 
  • add peanut butter, maple syrup, almond milk cottage & mix until combined 
  • add a little more peanut butter, a spoonful of cottage cheese and finish with melted dark chocolate over top 
  • place in fridge overnight or, for a few hours
  • break chocolate shell and enjoy! 

Protein: approx 20-23g protein per serving
