Pancake Tacos


What you need:

• 1 cup Flourish pancake mix 
• 1 cup nut milk or any milk of your choice  
• 1 tbsp peanut butter 
• 1 tbsp raspberry jam 
• 1/2 cup greek yogurt 
• blueberries (as many as you like)
• pumpkin seeds 
• cinnamon  


• in a bowl combine pancake mix with milk and mix until combined
• in a pan over low-med heat, cook your pancakes to your liking 
• add peanut butter and jam (this is usually how I have them) buttt if you want to add a little more, 
• add greek yogurt, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, fold like a taco and enjoy! 


• 1/2 cup of pancake mix = 23g protein 
• 1 cup of pancake mix = 46g protein 
* not including greek yogurt *
