Green Beans And Gyoza

What you need:

• 2-3 cups green beans
• package of beef/ chicken gyoza
• pomegranate seeds 

Sauce:

• 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp of rice vinegar .
• 2 tbsp of tamari or soy sauce .
• 2 tsp of toasted sesame oil .
• 2 tsp of chilli sauce *i used sambal *wisk lightly with a fork
• toasted sesame seeds 

Method:

• start making your sauce 
• next, cook your gyozas according to the instructions on the package 
• to a pan over med/high heat, add your washed green peans and toss every min or so allowing the beans to char 
• pour sauce over green beans and mix until beans are coated - cook for 1-2 mins
• add toasted sesame seeds and remove from heat 
plate green beans, add cooked gyozas, finish with pomegranate seeds and enjoy!
 

Protein (based on 8 gyozas + green beans): approx 16-18g
