Protein-Packed Holiday Avocado Toast

 

What you need:

• 1-2 slices of sourdough bread
• 2 tbsp per slice of cottage cheese  
• 1 avocado 
• 1-2 tbsp pomegranate seeds 
• 1 tsp balsamic glaze 
• micro greens

Method:

• toast your bread
• add  cottage cheese followed by 1/4- 1/2 sliced avocado 
• drizzle balsamic glaze  
• finish with pomegranate seeds, micro greens and enjoy!
