What you need:
• 1 can wild pink salmon - I used safe catch wild pink salmon. It has 35g of protein per can, is sustainably caught & mercury tested
• spicy mayoÂ
• 1/4 avocado
• 2 tbsp cubbed cucumbers
• cut seaweed paper
• sesame seedsÂ
• kimchiÂ

Method:
• in bowl add your canned salmon, spicy mayo (as much as your like), mashed avocado and mix
• add in cucumber and gently mix againÂ
• spoon desired amount into individual seaweed wraps, top with kimchi, sesame seeds and enjoy!Â
