What you need:
• 1/2 cup almond milk
• 1/4 cup coconut milk
• 1 scoop vanilla protein
• 1/2 banana
• 1 tbsp of peanut butter or almond butter
• 1 date
• handful of kale
• handful of spinach
• ice
