What you need:
- 1-2 chicken breasts thinly sliced
- paprika
- cumin
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt
- chili flakes
- 2-3 sliced bell peppers
- greek yogurt
- avocado
- cilantro
- lime
- siete almond flour wraps
- cilantro
Method:
- start by slicing your chicken breast into thin slices
- add your seasons and mix until combined - set aside
- slice your bell peppers and add to a bowl with extra virgin olive oil + salt
- to a parchment lined baking tray add your chicken and peppers and add to oven at 410 for 15-20 mins *cooking times may vary*
- remove chicken once cooked and leave peppers in the oven for additional 15 mins and turn oven off to let finish cooking using the residual heat of the oven
- heat your wraps on a pan over medium heat and assemble starting with oven roasted peppers, chicken and top with greek yogurt, avocado, cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice. Enjoy!
