Low-Carb, High-Protein Girl Lunch

What you need:

• mini cucumbers
• sweet red peppers
• 4 oven roasted @mapleleaffoods turkey slices
• 2 tbsp @eatwholly guacamole or avocado
• 1 tbsp goat cheese
• 1 packet of @preschoice melba toast
• 2 tbsp hummus

Method:

• cut up your veggies, add some guacamole & goat cheese to your turkey slices, roll and finish by adding some Melba toast and hummus

Have this as a girl lunch or girl snack!
