Blueberry Cheesecake Breakfast Bowl

What you need:
  • 1 cup cottage cheese 
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries 
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter 
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds

Method: 

  • to a blender add cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup and blend until combined 
  • add to a bowl and top with frozen or fresh blueberries, banana, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, ground flax and enjoy! 
 Approx 30g protein per serving (serves 1-2)
