What you need:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
Method:
- to a blender add cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup and blend until combined
- add to a bowl and top with frozen or fresh blueberries, banana, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, ground flax and enjoy!
