The healthy version of a wunderbar and all you need are 7 INGREDIENTS!
What you need:
• whole dates
• 1/3 cup rolled oats
• 1/2 cup organic creamy peanut butter
• 2/3 cup chopped up @glutinofoods pretzels (this is what takes them to the next level!) I didn’t think gf pretzels could make these better and they did!
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (I used @enjoylifefoods mini semi sweet chocolate chips)
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• @maldonsalt flaked salt
Method:
• cut open your dates & remove pits (18-20)
• to a bowl add oats + pb and mix
• add pretzels and combine
• add mixture to your dates
• add chocolate chips + coconut oil to a bowl & melt
• drizzle dark chocolate or your wunderdates (s/o @yogabypower for dm’ing me this name - it’s genius!) and finish with flaked @maldonsalt and enjoy!
These are INCREDIBLE!
