What you need:
- 470g beef stir fry strips
- 3-4 tbsp tamari
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 3 cloves garlic - grated
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp hot water
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup chopped broccolini
- salt to taste
Method:
- to a bowl add tamari, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, honey, cornstarch, water and mix & set aside
- to a skillet over medium heat, add evoo, broccolini and salt - sautée for 5-6 mins. Reduce heat & cover for 3-4 mins
- remove broccolini & evo and beef stir fry strips -cooking for 1-2 mins
- add sauce to meat and cook for additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens
- add broccolini to beef and toss gently until combined
- finish with toasted sesame seeds serve over rice and enjoy!
