Banana Protein Pancake Bites

What you need:

  • 1 cup flourish pancake mix 
  • 3/4 cup almond milk (option to use water instead)
  • 1-2 sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • blueberries 


  • add oil or butter to a pan over low-med heat
  • slice your banana into 1/2-1 inch thick
  • in a bowl, combine pancake mix with almond milk until combined 
  • add sliced banana into pancake mix until fully coated and add to pan
  • cook for 1-2 mins per side, remove and enjoy! 
  • drizzle with maple syrup or dip them in greek yogurt for a high-protein breakfast or snack
