What you need:
- 1 cup flourish pancake mix
- 3/4 cup almond milk (option to use water instead)
- 1-2 sliced banana
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- blueberries
Method:
- add oil or butter to a pan over low-med heat
- slice your banana into 1/2-1 inch thick
- in a bowl, combine pancake mix with almond milk until combined
- add sliced banana into pancake mix until fully coated and add to pan
- cook for 1-2 mins per side, remove and enjoy!
- drizzle with maple syrup or dip them in greek yogurt for a high-protein breakfast or snack
