What you need:
- Presidents Choice coconut ice cream
- double shot of your favourite espresso
- Joya dark chocolate
- coconut oil
Method:
- in a bowl, combine one bar of Joya dark chocolate w/ coconut oil and melt (stovetop or microwave)
- to a bowl, scoop your coconut ice cream, pour the espresso over the ice cream, finish by drizzling the dark chocolate over top and enjoy!
