Affogato with a Twist

What you need:
  • Presidents Choice coconut ice cream
  • double shot of your favourite espresso 
  • Joya dark chocolate 
  • coconut oil 

Method:

  • in a bowl, combine one bar of Joya dark chocolate w/ coconut oil and melt (stovetop or microwave)
  • to a bowl, scoop your coconut ice cream, pour the espresso over the ice cream, finish by drizzling the dark chocolate over top and enjoy!
