What you need:
• 1 1/2 chicken breast
• 4-5tsp @goodfoodforgood bbq sauce (this stuff is so good!!!) - and what I love most is that per 2tbsp it has 2g of sugar that comes from organic dates
• 1 avocado
• 3/4 lime
• salt (for your avocado crema)
• 1tsp paprika
• @sietefoods almond flour tortillas
• cilantro
Method:
• shred your chicken and mix in @goodfoodforgood bbq sauce
• make your avocado crema by mixing avocado, lime, salt and paprika - you can add spice but I wanted to taste the bbq so opted to leave it out
• to a pan or cast iron, heat up your tortillas - alsooooo, the best part about these tortillas is that when you remove them from the heat and mold them into a shell and hold for a few seconds, they stay in that form!
• lastly, build your tacos - add your shredded bbq chicken, bbq sauce, more lime, finish with cilantro and enjoy!
