What you need:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop genuine health vanilla protein
- 2/3 cup cottage cheese
- handful of blueberries
- pumpkin seeds
Method:
- in a pot over low to medium heat, warm up milk
- add in oats and stir for a few mins
- add protein powder and mix until combined
- lower heat, add banana & maple syrup until you have a thick consistency
- to a bowl or jar, add your oats, top with cottage cheese & finish with blueberries, bananas, pumpkin seeds & enjoy!
Approx 30g protein per serving
