10 Min Banana Blueberry Stovetop Oats

What you need:
  • 1 cup rolled oats 
  • 1 cup almond milk 
  • 1/2 banana 
  • 1 tsp maple syrup 
  • 1 scoop genuine health vanilla protein 
  • 2/3 cup cottage cheese 
  • handful of blueberries 
  • pumpkin seeds 

Method: 

  • in a pot over low to medium heat, warm up milk
  • add in oats and stir for a few mins
  • add protein powder and mix until combined 
  • lower heat, add banana & maple syrup until you have a thick consistency 
  • to a bowl or jar, add your oats, top with cottage cheese & finish with blueberries, bananas, pumpkin seeds & enjoy!

Approx 30g protein per serving
