STRONGER START is your 8-week at-home training program designed to build your foundation through full body fundamental movements, consistency and progressively overloading in a way that feels sustainable.
Whether this is your first time doing a program or you're coming back after some time off, this program is the perfect place to start!
You’ll train three days a week using minimal equipment, progressing through two intentional phases designed in four week blocks where you'll repeat workouts so you master your movements, get stronger week over week and build a foundation that is strong!

+ Daily STRONGGIRLWALKS - getting 8-10k steps a day.
