WELCOME TO STRONGER START

STRONGER START is your  8-week at-home training program designed to build your foundation through full body fundamental movements, consistency and progressively overloading in a way that feels sustainable.

Whether this is your first time doing a program or you're coming back after some time off, this program is the perfect place to start!  

You’ll train three days a week using minimal equipment, progressing through two intentional phases designed in four week blocks where you'll repeat workouts so you master your movements, get stronger week over week and build a foundation that is strong!

HOW THIS PROGRAM WORKS:

+  Movement - three workouts a week for 8 weeks with two phases & one deload week after each phase
+ Weekly 3-day full body focused workouts so you can master the fundamentals

*make sure to download you tracker to track your reps, sets and weights week over week as well as your steps, water, protein and mindset *

Nutrition - ensuring that you're prioritizing whole foods, proteins, carbs, fats and fibre to fuel your body for your training & your goals 
+ Daily STRONGGIRLWALKS -  getting 8-10k steps a day.
Walking is transformative & is not only good for you physically but it's incredible for your mental health. Can't get outside? consider investing in a walking pad - you'll crush your walking goals with so much more ease!
