WELCOME TO STRONGER BUILD 

STRONGER BUILD is your 8-week at-home training program designed to take the foundation you’ve built and turn it into real, sustainable strength through an effective 4 day split where you'll apply progressive overload w/ consistency & structure.

This structure keeps your training balanced, effective, easy to follow & easy to track. 
Just like Stronger Start, you’ll notice that workouts repeat across multiple weeks and this is intentional because strength isn’t built in one session - it’s built through repetition, consistency, and sticking to a plan that works

By the end of this program, you’ll feel stronger & be ready for our next program:
Summer Shred or DEFINE.

HOW THIS PROGRAM WORKS:

+  Movement - four workouts a week for 8 weeks with two phases & one deload week after each phase
+ Weekly 4-day upper and lower body split so your training feels balanced, effective, easy to follow and easy to track

*make sure to download you tracker to track your reps, sets and weights week over week as well as your steps, water, protein and mindset *

Nutrition - ensuring that you're prioritizing whole foods, proteins, carbs, fats and fibre to fuel your body for your training & your goals 
+ Daily STRONGGIRLWALKS -  getting 8-10k steps a day.
Walking is transformative & is not only good for you physically but it's incredible for your mental health. Can't get outside? consider investing in a walking pad - you'll crush your walking goals with so much more ease!
