Baked Blueberry & Banana Protein Oatmeal

 What you need:

• 1 cup rolled gluten free oats 
• 1 scoop genuine health vanilla protein
• 1 tbsp ground flax
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp chia
• pinch of salt
• 3/4 cup almond milk 
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• 1 egg 
• 1 banana 
• 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries 


Method:

• preheat your oven to 350
• in a small bowl, mix together oats, protein powder, flax, cinnamon, chia and and salt
• in a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla, maple syrup and egg
• pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined 
• pour into a baking dish
• add sliced banana and berries and press down into the mixture
• bake for 40 mins, remove, let cool and enjoy! 

Approx: 46g // 12.5 per serving
