What you need:
- 1 cup @flourishpancake mix
- 3 egg whites
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup mixed berries
- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
Method:
- in a bowl combine egg whites, pancake mix, banana, almond milk and mix until fully combined
- add to baking dish and bake for 30mins (cooking times will vary)
- once cooled, top with greek yogurt, mixed berries, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds and enjoy!
