Easy Loaded Pancake Bake

What you need: 
  • 1 cup @flourishpancake mix 
  • 3 egg whites 
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup almond milk 
  • 3/4 cup greek yogurt 
  • 3/4 cup mixed berries 
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter 
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter 

 Method:

  • in a bowl combine egg whites, pancake mix, banana, almond milk and mix until fully combined
  • add to baking dish and bake for 30mins (cooking times will vary) 
  • once cooled, top with greek yogurt, mixed berries, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds and enjoy! 

Approx 54g protein (total)
